Qualifications
- Graduate of an ACPE- accredited pharmacy program
- Successful completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency program
- Current or eligible for pharmacist licensure in the State of California
Application Requirements
- Completed PhORCAS application
- Curriculum vitae
- Letter of intent
- Three letters of recommendation, including one from PGY1 residency program director or preceptor
- Official college transcript (pharmacy school only)
