Referral information

Patients need a referral from their provider to receive therapy at the Infusion Center. Our dedicated team works directly with your provider’s office to complete the referral process and will contact you when the referral is complete. Common delays in the referral process include pending insurance authorization, order clarification requests, and lab work. Most insurances are accepted. If you have any questions on the status of your referral, please contact your provider’s office first to ensure your referral has been sent to the Infusion Center.
