Personal Training, Kids Center, Weight Training & More
As the only medically based fitness facility in Visalia, Lifestyle Fitness Center has certified and experienced personal trainers available to help you achieve your goals by designing a program specifically for your health and fitness needs.
In the Drop Zone, members have access to strength and function fitness equipment, including Astro Turf, Power Sleds, Olympic Weights, Assault Bikes, a Jacob's Ladder, a Skill Mill and Power Plate Whole Body Vibration Trainer. The Kids Zone offers a place for kids to hang out and enjoy games and activities that are designed for children.
The facility is open Monday - Friday, 4:30 AM to 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday and Sunday. Please call (559) 624-3400 for more information or to schedule a tour.
